Saudi Cultural Week in Greece

The collaboration with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture centered on promoting the cultural event “Saudi Cultural Week in Greece” held in Athens from September 27th to October 1st, 2024. Our agency was entrusted with the entire spectrum of communication, media, and visibility actions in Greece, ensuring the project’s seamless integration into both local and international media narratives.

Our approach was guided by a clear objective: to craft a strategic communication platform that amplifies cultural dialogue and showcases shared heritage through modern, impactful storytelling. We combined traditional media relations with digital innovation to deliver a campaign that connected audiences on intellectual, emotional, and cultural levels.

The communication framework included targeted media placements across Greece’s most influential outlets — both print and digital — to secure broad nationwide exposure. Parallel to that, we orchestrated outdoor advertising in high-traffic locations such as bus stops, bus backs, and Athens International Airport, creating a strong visual presence that embodied the event’s message of cross-cultural unity.

A comprehensive digital campaign ran concurrently on social media and programmatic networks, ensuring precision targeting and online engagement around the Ministry’s official channels. The campaign was complemented by radio and television collaborations that carried the event’s message to a diverse audience spectrum, combining news visibility with lifestyle appeal. In parallel, we designed and managed public relations, including the identification and invitation of journalists, and securing coverage during and after the event.

Throughout the process, our agency acted as a cultural mediator — not merely amplifying an event, but shaping a narrative of connection, exchange, and mutual respect between two civilizations rich in artistic legacy and creative energy.
